PA Brewers Ask Senators to Support HB 2340

After strong bi-partisan support in the House for making Pa Malt Beverage Tax Credits sellable (HB 2340 - Rep Tiburcio) the BOP is now urging Senators to support this legislation as well. With the state budget deadline just a week away we are urging our State Senators to support adding this language to the upcoming package of bills that will make up the 2026-27 state budget. As BOP members and supporters we encourage you to contact your State Senator and ask them to support us during the final weeks of the summer legislative session. Attached is the letter of support we have sent to all 50 State Senators and a follow up call, text or email from local brewers in their districts would really help drive home how important this change would be to brewers across Pennsylvania.
