Senator Argall to Introduce Companion Legislation to HB 2340

We have exciting news moving our Malt Beverage Excise Tax Credit modernization bill forward and we need your help!

Senator Argall is introducing companion legislation to HB 2340 in the Senate, and we need to encourage all of our Senators to sign on as co-sponsors now! Contact your Senator and ask them to sign on as a co-sponsor to Senator Argall's companion legislation to HB 2340 (which passed the House 197-4 in May). Senator Argall's bill, like HB 2340, will update the Malt Beverage Excise Tax Credit Program to make the credits sellable, which would be a huge win for breweries of all sizes across the Commonwealth!
