BOP Annual Meeting
The Brewers of Pennsylvania 2024 Annual Meeting will take place Sunday PM March 3 to Tuesday AM March 5, 2024 in Harrisburg, PA @ Englewood Brewing. We encourage all BOP members to attend this important member advocacy event. Be part of meeting with elected officials and discussing the future of beer in the Commonwealth. Please note, this is a Members Only event. All Brewery and Associate Membership must be current prior to attending event.

SCHEDULE

  • 3/3/24: Exhibitor set-up @ Englewood Brewing, 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Table top exhibits, tables provided. No electricity. Table location FCFS.
  • 3/3/24: Welcome Reception exclusive for Brewery Attendees and Sponsors & Exhibitors @ Englewood Brewing, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
  • 3/4/24: Annual Meeting, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    • Legal, Legislative & Industry Updates. This includes guest speakers.
    • Board Election Announcements – Hear from the candidates!
    • Sponsor Spotlights, Panel Discussions, Additional Exhibit Time
  • 3/4/24: Legislators & BOP Member Reception @ Troegs Brewery. 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • 3/5/24: AM Programming, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
    • Breakfast with Exhibitors
    • Open Forum with BOP Board of Directors (State of the Industry, Legislative Priorities, DEI, New Member Benefits, etc.)
    • Exhibitor breakdown & load out.

To help defray F&B costs at member breweries (member receptions) and related event meeting costs plus help ensure attendance for programming, there will be a per person registration fee. Thanks in advance for your confirmed registration.

2024 Membership must be received by February 29, 2024.

Nearby hotel options are listed below. Please note, the BOP does not have a formal agreement for any hotel. Attendees are able to secure accomodations most convienent to their travel preferences and budget. All listed hotels are within three (3) miles from Englewood Brewing.

SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR INTERACTION

  • Sunday 3/3/24, 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM (2 hrs) Welcome Reception.
  • Monday Breakfast, Monday Lunch, Scheduled Break(s), etc.
  • Options for enhanced interaction w/ sponsorship spotlight and panel inclusion.
  • Monday Night Reception is not exhibit time but social interaction time with Brewers.

EVENT SPONSORSHIP: Two (2) event Sponsorships are available (current associate member $995). The event sponsors will receive a speaking opportunity of 10 mins, four (4) event registrations/ attendees, signage, opportunity to distribute your literature, recognition as a sponsor, attendee list, and an exhibitor table.

EXHIBITOR PLUS: In addition to all items listed below with EXHIBITOR, the EXHIBITOR PLUS option (current associate member $595) includes particpation on a brewer-led panel discussing focused on selected topic aligned with the Exhibtor product or service. For example, there could be a “packaging” or “raw ingredients” panel discussion. Exhibitors who chose PLUS option would be invited to prep and speak on panel for all attendees.

EXHIBITOR: Twenty (20) Exhibitors (current associate members $349) will have a table at the two hour social event and admission to the Annual Meeting. There will be an attendee passport program with prizes to encourage attendees to visit with all exhibitors. Two attendees/ registrants are included with each exhibit table.
