The Brewers of Pennsylvania Annual Meeting will take place Saturday, January 25, 2020 at the Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown followed by a welcome reception and exhibitor meet and greet. The Annual Meeting will conclude with a private party at Brew Gentlemen (bus transportation provided at no cost to registered attendee).

ANNUAL MEETING REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The BOP Annual Meeting Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows:
- Annual Meeting registration canceled via email on or before December 23, 2019 is refundable but subject to a
- $25 administrative fee for attendees
- $100 for exhibitors
- $500 for sponsors.
- Registrants canceling after December 24, 2019 will not receive a refund.
- The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s membership status.
- In the event the BOP must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, the BOP will refund the cost of registration. However, the BOP does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
BOP reserves the right to accept or reject registrations and to cancel any previously accepted reservations, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party. This policy was instituted to maintain the professional environment of the symposium, while protecting the interests of our attendees and exhibitors.
Loud, abusive, or defamatory language, harassment or other unprofessional or inappropriate behavior is not permitted at any time at the show. If such conduct is engaged in by a registrant, please be advised that BOP may cancel any previously accepted reservations, at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to the registrant or any other party, and the registrant agrees to exit the premises immediately.
BOP has sole discretion over admission at all times and shall strictly enforce all show rules. Attendees agree to abide by these attendance rules, which may be updated at any time. Violators risk immediate confiscation of their show badge without refund and removal from the premises. Violators will not be allowed re-entry.
BOP, its sole discretion, reserves the right to decline the registration of any applicant that may violate national security or export compliance laws, including U.S. economic sanctions. Applicants must provide full, truthful information when registering, in accordance with registration terms and conditions.
